How do I become a new patient?

Call our office at 907-929-4009 to get scheduled. We'll start with a brief phone intake, then send you the new-client forms to complete before your first appointment.

Do you see children as well as adults?

Yes. The same new-client paperwork applies to both adult and child/adolescent clients. Call our office and we'll match you with an appropriate clinician.

Do you offer telehealth?

Telebehavioral health (TBH) is available for many visits. You'll complete a telehealth consent form, and our office can tell you whether telehealth fits your care.

How do I request a medication refill?

Call your request in Monday through Thursday and allow at least 3–4 business days. Requests after hours Thursday or anytime Friday are handled the next business day. See our medication refill page for the full policy.

What should I do in a crisis?

Our office is not a 24-hour crisis service. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any time, or call 911 if life is in danger. Our resources page lists more crisis and community services.

Do you take my insurance?

Coverage varies by plan and clinician. Please call our office so we can check whether we're in-network and explain your options, including self-pay and your right to a Good Faith Estimate.

How do I access the patient portal?

Existing patients use the secure AdvancedMD patient portal to view appointments, message the office, and access records. New patients should call us to get started.

What is perinatal mental health care?

Several of our clinicians are Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) — trained in the mental health of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Ask our office to connect you with a perinatal-certified provider.

Where are you located, and what are your hours?

We're at 1400 W. Benson Blvd, Suite 315, Anchorage, AK 99503, in the Charles Schwab building in midtown Anchorage. Hours are Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, or by appointment.
