Billing & Transparency

Rates & the No Surprises Act

What to know about fees, insurance, and your right to a Good Faith Estimate before you receive care.

We want billing to be as clear as the care itself. Fees depend on the type and length of your visit and the clinician you see, and rates are subject to change. For current rates and any billing questions, the fastest answer is a quick call to our office.

Insurance accepted

Accepting new patients

We work with many major insurance plans, and coverage can vary by plan and by clinician. The surest way to know what your visits will cost is to call our office and we'll verify your benefits before your first appointment. Self-pay options are also available.

Don't see your plan or not sure? Call 907-929-4009 — we're glad to check.

Insurance & self-pay

Coverage and in-network status vary by plan and clinician. Call us to confirm your benefits and discuss self-pay options.

Rate changes

When fees change, we'll let you know. You can always request an updated estimate of expected charges.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

The No Surprises Act

Under federal law, health care providers must give patients who don't have insurance or who aren't using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. Ask any provider for one, in writing, before your scheduled service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may be able to dispute the bill. Keep a copy of your estimate.
